Located in the heart of the famous Palmeraie of Marrakech, a thousand year old UNESCO World Heritage Site, Domaine Abiad is a true haven of peace open to private ceremonies and professional events.

Only a few minutes away from the souks of the Medina and the splendors of the Majorelle Garden, it is the ideal place to discover the bewitching atmosphere of the center of Marrakech while enjoying a luxurious, refined and authentic hotel concept, just like the city.

In a setting worthy of the Thousand and One Nights, Domaine Abiad is composed of three reception areas, riads, sports areas and luxurious villas.

Reception hall (385^m2)

This large and sumptuous reception space is accessible through an elegant walkway framed by water basins and intimate gardens. The great hall is accompanied by an industrial kitchen nestled in the basement.

Conference room (260^m2)

The luminous conference room is framed by bay windows offering a view of the entire luxurious estate. It is also distinguished by its elegant ceiling height.

Additional space (150^m2)

Adjoining the conference room, this space can accommodate up to 130 people. An intimate room in the heart of Domaine Abiad, whose architecture offers an oriental dimension to any event.

Two private Riads

The Hispano-Moorish architecture of the houses, with white marble and warm colors, Atlas cedar woodwork and hand-carved decorations, invites you to travel in the oriental tradition. These two sumptuous riads have a capacity of 20 people per riad.

Villas as a complement

The chic Moroccan craftsmanship blends in perfectly with the Hispano-Moorish style of the villas. Comfortable dining rooms and fully equipped kitchens, private gardens and swimming pools amidst giant palm trees, orange and olive trees. Domaine Abiad has 10 luxurious villas and 50 bungalows in addition to these.

The Abiad domain can accommodate up to 220 people in total

Sports areas

In the heart of the domain, nestled between the palm trees and the traditional architecture of the riads, there are two clay tennis courts and an artificial turf court for ball sports (soccer, basketball or volleyball).
